This page covers the public website before launch. It is not an App privacy policy and not a device-account policy.
What we collect
If you join early access or complete the fit check, we collect:
- Email address
- Marketing attribution data (UTM)
- Ad click identifiers, the first page you landed on, and the referring site
- Eligibility questionnaire responses
- A session identifier for this website visit
- Fit-check and waitlist funnel events

Advertising measurement
This website uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and key actions after ads. Meta receives those events. A standard Lead event is sent only after the server confirms a great-fit email was saved, not when you click submit, and not for every email.
Waitlist is not an account
Waitlist is not an account. Waitlist data is not device account data. Joining early access does not create a ReachHeart login, pair a device, or start a subscription.
Camera and screen
This website does not collect camera or video data.
The ReachHeart product is designed without a camera in the home, and does not provide access to their TV screen.
